Jim Magagna
Executive Vice President
Jim is a native of Rock Springs and a lifelong sheep rancher in southwestern Wyoming. He has served as President of the American Sheep Industry Association and the National Public Lands Council and has represented agriculture on numerous national, state, and local councils and advisory boards. Before assuming the position of Executive Vice President of WSGA, he served as Director of the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. Jim took over the reins at WSGA in December 1998.

Susan Skinner
Office Manager
Originally from Iowa, Susan relocated to Cheyenne in 2018 from Los Angeles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge in Cinema and Television Arts and an Associate of Arts degree in film from Santa Monica College. Susan is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force as she served with the American Forces Radio & Television Services. Susan has been with WSGA since August 2018.

Madeline Holmes
Marketing and Communications Director
From the Pacific Ocean to the sagebrush seas, Madeline is from California originally and moved to Wyoming in 2021. She has been heavily involved in the beef industry, including cow-calf and yearling operations, sale yards, marketing, feedlots, processing plants, and Australian cattle stations. Madeline holds a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Communications and a minor in Agriculture Business from the University of Wyoming. Before joining the Wyoming Stock Growers, she worked on the One Bar Eleven Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming.
