Jim Magagna
Executive Vice President
Jim is a native of Rock Springs and a lifelong sheep rancher in southwestern Wyoming. He has served as President of the American Sheep Industry Association and President of the National Public Lands Council. He has represented agriculture on numerous national, state and local councils and advisory boards. Prior to assuming the position of Executive Vice President of WSGA, he served as Director of the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. Jim took over the reins at WSGA in December of 1998.

Olivia Sanchez
Marketing & Communications Director
Olivia grew up on a small farm in Burns, Wyoming, where her family raised and showed livestock. She was very active in both the local 4-H and FFA programs. She is a proud graduate of Eastern Wyoming College and the University of Wyoming. Olivia is also a graduate of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cheyenne Program and the Wyoming L.E.A.D. Program. In the Fall of 2019, she was named a nominee as a Wyoming Woman of Influence. Olivia joined WSGA in May of 2018.

Susan Skinner
Office Manager
Originally from Iowa, Susan relocated to Cheyenne in 2018 from Los Angeles, where she worked as a parish administrator and the administrative coordinator for the Westside Shelter & Hunger Coalition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge in Cinema and Television Arts, and an Associate of Arts degree in film from Santa Monica College. Susan is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force as she served with the American Forces Radio & Television Services. Susan has been with WSGA since August 2018.

Hannah Alto
Communications Intern
Originally from Humboldt County, California, Hannah has recently finished her sophomore year at Texas Tech University double majoring in Agricultural Communications and Agricultural Education. She was raised on a generational seed-stock cattle operation and worked closely with her County and State Cattlewomen and Cattlemen Associations. She also was an active member in both 4-H and FFA showing and raising livestock and holding leadership positions. After graduation, Hannah wants to work in leadership coordination and curriculum development for cattle organizations to continue to help future generations bridge the gap between producers and consumers.
Hannah will be interning with WSGA for 12 weeks this summer.
