Jim Magagna
Executive Vice President
Jim is a native of Rock Springs and a lifelong sheep rancher in southwestern Wyoming. He has served as President of the American Sheep Industry Association and President of the National Public Lands Council. He has represented agriculture on numerous national, state and local councils and advisory boards. Prior to assuming the position of Executive Vice President of WSGA, he served as Director of the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. Jim took over the reins at WSGA in December of 1998.

Olivia Sanchez
Marketing & Communications Director
Olivia grew up on a small farm in Burns, Wyoming, where her family raised and showed livestock. She was very active in both the local 4-H and FFA programs. She is a proud graduate of Eastern Wyoming College and the University of Wyoming. Olivia is also a graduate of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cheyenne Program and the Wyoming L.E.A.D. Program. She was named a nominee as a Wyoming Woman of Influence in 2019 and an honoree for Wyoming's "30 Under 40" in 2022. Olivia joined WSGA in May of 2018.

Susan Skinner
Office Manager
Originally from Iowa, Susan relocated to Cheyenne in 2018 from Los Angeles, where she worked as a parish administrator and the administrative coordinator for the Westside Shelter & Hunger Coalition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge in Cinema and Television Arts, and an Associate of Arts degree in film from Santa Monica College. Susan is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force as she served with the American Forces Radio & Television Services. Susan has been with WSGA since August 2018.
