Jim is a native of Rock Springs and a lifelong sheep rancher in southwestern Wyoming. He has served as President of the American Sheep Industry Association and President of the National Public Lands Council. He has represented agriculture on numerous national, state and local councils and advisory boards. Prior to assuming the position of Executive Vice President of WSGA, he served as Director of the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. Jim took over the reins at WSGA in December of 1998.

Olivia grew up on a small farm in Burns, Wyoming. She was a very active 4-H and FFA member and is a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming. Olivia is also a graduate of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cheyenne Class of 2018 and a current member of Wyoming L.E.A.D. Class 16. She lives in Cheyenne and is very passionate about her community. In the Fall of 2019, she was named a nominee as a Wyoming Woman of Influence. Olivia began working with the WSGA in May of 2018.

Originally from Iowa, Susan relocated to Cheyenne in 2018 from Los Angeles, where she worked as a parish administrator and the administrative coordinator for the Westside Shelter & Hunger Coalition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge in Cinema and Television Arts, and an Associate of Arts degree in film from Santa Monica College. Susan is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force as she served with the American Forces Radio & Television Services.

Madison is from Snyder, Colorado, where she was raised on her family's small ranch. As the sixth generation of her family to work in production agriculture, she is passionate in advocating for agriculture and has a sincere love for the cattle industry. Madison is currently attending the University of Wyoming to earn her bachelor's degree in agricultural communications, with a minor in public relations.
Madison is grateful for the opportunity to work as WSGA's communication intern this summer and hopes to learn many valuable lessons.
